This workshop is open to absolute beginners, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. No prior experience in martial arts or Kalaripayattu is required.
How much does it cost for the workshop?
Our pricing is kept for people who are interested to attend 1 day and.2 days as well. We recommend people to attend both the days to get the pure essence of the workshop from any of the 2 venues as per your available time and convenience.

There are various stages of Learning Kalaripayattu. The first stage is Movement through Hands & Legs. We not only teach Kalaripayattu in its scientific and Natural format, but we embrace you with the philosophy of Kalaripayttu that you can follow in your daily lifestyle.

What should I wear for the workshop?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows free movement (e.g., sportswear or yoga attire).
Is it safe for people with injuries or health concerns?
If you have a medical condition or injury, please consult your doctor before attending the workshop. Let the instructor know beforehand so movements can be adapted to suit you.
Is this a one-time workshop, or will there be follow-up sessions?
There will be followup workshops/ sessions both Offline & Online in Bangalore for the interested members.
Should I attend the workshop at both the Venues?
We have kept the workshop in 2 venues at 2 different time slots to provide flexibility to attend the workshop as per their respective available time and convenient location.So the individual is required to attend only at 1 location.
